Our 'Older Boy Program' is available to youth that have reached the age of 14 and have achieved the rank of Star. In order to encourage a homogeneous youth leadership, Patrol Leaders are sometimes allowed to particiapte in Venture activities.

In 1998 and again in 2000 the Venture program included a 2-week trip to the mountains in New Mexico and Colorado. We also have a trek planned to Philmont Scout Ranch for 2001

In addition, the Venture Scouts are expected participate in and help develop the regular Troop program.
